Finca Lezque

Our mother inherited the estate (or "finca") from her parents about 50 years ago. The estate, which had tomato plantations, had a house that served as the caretaker's residence. Upon inheriting it, she decided to build another house, which is the one that, after restoration, has become a country house.

Finca Lezque is located in the southern part of Fuerteventura, on the FV-2 road, between the areas of Tenicosquey and El Tequital, in the municipality of Tuineje. It is situated in a unique landscape, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by nature, close to protected areas, and with views of the badlands and mountains in the Malpaís Grande area. The clarity of the sky and the absence of light pollution make it an ideal place for stargazing.

The accommodation and its location provide an excellent opportunity to unwind and explore other nearby areas. By car, it is 25 minutes from Fuerteventura Airport and the capital, Puerto del Rosario; 10 minutes from Pozo Negro Beach and Gran Valle Beach; 13 minutes from Gran Tarajal; 45 minutes from Morro Jable, and 50 minutes from Corralejo."
